Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time, so you don't have to re-enter them on each visit. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.
2. How We Use Cookies
Pixel Logic Team uses cookies on pixellogicteam.com and the Pixel Logic Server dashboard. We categorise our cookies as follows:
3. Cookie Categories
3.1 Essential Cookies
Always active — no consent required
| Name | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|
| next-auth.session-token | Maintains your authenticated session in the dashboard | Session / 30 days |
| next-auth.csrf-token | CSRF protection for form submissions | Session |
| plt_consent | Stores your cookie preferences (localStorage, not a cookie) | Persistent |
3.2 Analytics Cookies
Requires consent
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via our own server-side GTM container. This means analytics data is processed on our servers before being forwarded to Google — providing stronger privacy protection than standard client-side GA4 implementations. IP addresses are anonymised.
| Name | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique users for Google Analytics | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Maintains GA4 session state | 400 days |
3.3 Marketing Cookies
Requires consent
Marketing cookies allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and show relevant ads on third-party platforms. All marketing pixels are fired server-side through our sGTM infrastructure where possible.
| Name | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta (Facebook) Pixel — conversion tracking | 90 days |
| _fbc | Meta click ID — links ad clicks to conversions | 90 days |
4. Managing Your Preferences
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clicking "Manage Preferences" in the cookie banner, or by clearing your browser cookies and refreshing the page to see the banner again.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the dashboard from functioning correctly.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Third-party services we use may set their own cookies. We are not responsible for the cookie practices of third parties. Please refer to the respective privacy policies of Google and Meta for details.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
