Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any service provided by Pixel Logic Team ("we", "our", "us") — including the Pixel Logic Server SaaS platform accessible at pixellogicteam.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Pixel Logic Team provides server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) infrastructure as a service, including:

  • Managed sGTM container deployment on dedicated VPS infrastructure
  • Custom domain configuration and SSL termination
  • Live and debug tracking endpoints (pixel-agent, tracker-live, tracker-debug)
  • Dashboard workspace management and team collaboration tools
  • Analytics consultancy services (where separately agreed)

3. Account Registration

You must register with a valid email address and verify it via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Pixel Logic Team is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Track individuals without their knowledge or consent in violation of applicable privacy law (GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA, etc.)
  • Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Circumvent ad-fraud detection in ways that harm advertising platforms or advertisers
  • Overload or abuse shared infrastructure components
  • Resell or white-label the platform without prior written agreement
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

5. Data Processing

You are the data controller for all end-user tracking data that passes through your sGTM containers. Pixel Logic Team acts as a data processor on your behalf. You must ensure you have appropriate consent and legal basis under GDPR (or equivalent) before deploying tracking tags on your website.

6. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods on annual plans; monthly plans are non-refundable
  • Failure to pay may result in container suspension after a 7-day grace period

7. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for container infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from downtime calculations and will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Google) or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, branding, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Pixel Logic Team. Your container configuration data and custom GTM templates remain your property.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with immediate effect for serious violations and 7 days' notice otherwise. Upon termination, your container data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Logic Team's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or data loss.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixel Logic Team is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
