2.3 Data from Your Deployed Containers

When you use Pixel Logic Server, tracking data from your end-users passes through your dedicated sGTM container. We process this data as a data processor on your behalf. You remain the data controller for all end-user tracking data.

Infrastructure providers — Hetzner (VPS hosting, Germany), Cloudflare (DNS), MongoDB Atlas (database)

All infrastructure is hosted within the European Economic Area (EEA).

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after account closure
Server access logs are retained for 30 days
Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes
You may request earlier deletion (subject to legal retention obligations)
