Pixel Logic Server
Managed server-side tracking on your own first-party domain — a done-for-you, cost-effective alternative to Stape. Overview and the three ways to use it.
Pixel Logic Server is managed server-side tracking. It runs a Google Tag Manager server container for you and serves it from a first-party address, so your analytics and ad-platform data arrives more completely and your cookies last far longer than browser-set cookies — without you running any servers.
If you've heard of Stape, this is the same idea: a hosted, managed home for your server-side GTM — at a lower price, set up for you.
Why it matters
Browser-side tracking has been losing data for years:
- Ad blockers drop requests to known tracker hosts like
google-analytics.com. - Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP) caps browser-set cookies to as little as 7 days, which quietly destroys returning-visitor attribution.
Moving your tag execution to a server on your own domain sidesteps both: requests go to your address (not a known tracker), and cookies are set by the server, so they last about 400 days instead of 7. The result is more complete GA4, Meta CAPI, and other conversion data — and far better attribution.

└─────────────────────────┘The three ways to use it
You can run Pixel Logic Server in one of three modes. You can start on the simplest one in minutes and move up later — on the same server, with nothing torn down.
| Mode | Server address | Setup | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Pixel Logic URL (default) | a ready-made URL we give you on pixellogicteam.com |
No DNS — works the moment your server is live | Getting started fast, or if you can't change DNS |
| 2. Your own domain | a subdomain of your domain (you choose it, e.g. metrics.yourdomain.com) |
2 DNS records you add once | Fully first-party cookies and requests on your brand |
| 3. Enhanced Ad Blocker Protection | a subdomain of your domain | Coming soon | Maximum resistance to aggressive blockers |
- Quick Start uses Mode 1 — the fastest way to a working server, with zero DNS.
- Use Your Own Domain upgrades you to Mode 2 (first-party) whenever you're ready.
- Enhanced Ad Blocker Protection (Mode 3) is in development — see that page.
What you'll need
- A Google Analytics 4 property (or another destination you want to send data to).
- A Google Tag Manager account with a Server container. (Creating one is free and takes a minute — the Quick Start walks you through it.)
- That's it. No servers, no Docker, no DevOps. We host, deploy, secure (HTTPS), and monitor everything.
