Manage Your Server
Day-to-day management from the dashboard — server URL, cache purge, pause/resume, subscription/renewals, and team roles.
Everything you need to run your server lives on its container page in the dashboard.
Server URL & install snippet
Your container page always shows your current Server URL and, where relevant, the install snippet to add to your website. On the Pixel Logic URL there's usually nothing to install — you just set the server URL in GTM (see Connect GA4).
Purge cache
To keep things fast, your web GTM container is cached. After you publish a change to your web container, click Purge Cache on your container page so visitors get the new version immediately instead of waiting for the cache to expire.
Usage: events & requests sent
Your container page shows two usage numbers for the period you choose (last 7, 30, or 90 days):
- Events — the analytics events your server processed (page views, purchases, and so on). This is the number that lines up with what you see in GA4.
- Requests sent — every hit your tagging server received, including script loads and other traffic, not just events. This is the same way other hosts (like Stape) measure usage, so you can compare directly.
We don't charge you per request — your plan includes unlimited events and requests. These numbers are there purely for transparency.
Pause & resume
You can pause a server when you don't need it (for example, between campaigns). Paused servers stop processing traffic but are not deleted — your configuration is preserved. Resume brings it back. (Pausing/resuming is also handled for you around billing — see below.)
Delete a server
Deleting a server (owner-only, from the Danger Zone on the container page) is permanent. It removes the deployment, its DNS records, and all analytics history for that server. If you create a new server later — even with the same name — it starts completely fresh. If you only want a temporary stop, use Pause above instead; it keeps everything intact.
Subscriptions, invoices & renewals
Pixel Logic Server is billed on fixed terms (monthly and multi-month plans). Payment is by bank transfer — you'll receive an invoice for each term.
- First invoice activates your server and provisions it automatically.
- Renewals are sent as new invoices; paying one extends your term. Your renewal history is visible on the subscription.
- If a term lapses, your server is paused (not destroyed); renewing restores it.
You'll get reminders before a term ends so there are no surprises.
Team & roles
Workspaces let you collaborate. Roles:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control of the workspace and its servers (shown with a crown). |
| Manager | Manage servers and settings (invited). |
| Viewer | Read-only access (invited). |
Invite teammates from your workspace settings and assign the role that fits.
Activity log
Key actions — renames, cache purges, pause/resume, settings changes — are recorded in your workspace activity log, so you always have a history of what changed and when.
